The CSHS Marching Band placed 2nd at The Jeffco Marching Invitational!!
The Band Program at Chatfield Senior High has established itself as having some of the finest groups in the state of Colorado. The band program offers many unique opportunities including traveling in the US and abroad, the chance to meet and interact with the great minds in the field (including the Dallas Brass in September of 2014), and the satisfaction of knowing that your time, talent, and effort have paid off through the highest levels of achievement.
Chatfield Senior High School offers many opportunities for student growth in instrumental music. There are 3 leveled bands and 2 leveled jazz bands, a state finalist marching band, an annual spring musical and pep band. There are over 230 students who partipate in the CSHS band program!
Mr. Andy Michaud is the director of bands at CSHS. He has been the band director at Chatfield for the last 5 years (of his 25 year teaching career!).
